SMS opt-in

People request SMS enrollment on our public SMS opt-in page by entering their mobile number, affirmatively checking a separate optional SMS consent box that is unchecked by default, and sending the generated email request. Consent applies only to informational account notification messages from Bay CyberTech Holdings, LLC. A phone number or inquiry alone does not enroll a person in SMS notifications.

The SMS consent box is optional. The form can be submitted without checking it, and SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not use purchased lists, prechecked boxes, blanket consent, or consent obtained for another sender or purpose.

We retain reasonable proof of consent, which may include the phone number, date, time, source, method, disclosed message purpose, and the version of the consent language shown when the person opted in.

SMS opt-out and help
