Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of baycybertech.com and any communications you choose to receive from Bay CyberTech Holdings, LLC ("Bay CyberTech," "BCT," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or opting in to receive messages, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or enroll in messaging.

Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or use website content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of Bay CyberTech or others.

SMS messaging terms

Bay CyberTech Holdings, LLC sends informational account notification messages only. No marketing or promotional messages are sent. To request these messages, enter your mobile number on our public SMS opt-in page, check the optional SMS consent box, and send the generated email request.

• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
• Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with us.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Messages may be sent using automated technology.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How SMS consent is obtained

You request enrollment by entering your mobile number on the Bay CyberTech public SMS opt-in page, checking the separate optional SMS consent box that is unchecked by default, and sending the generated email request to us. Consent applies only to informational account notification messages from Bay CyberTech Holdings, LLC. A phone number or direct inquiry without the affirmative SMS consent request does not enroll you in SMS notifications.

The SMS consent box is optional. You can submit the contact form without checking it, and SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not accept purchased, rented, transferred, blanket, or prechecked-box consent. We may retain records of the date, time, source, method, disclosed purpose, and consent language associated with your opt-in.

SMS opt-out and help

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. We may send one final confirmation that your opt-out was processed. No further messages covered by that opt-out will be sent unless you later provide a new affirmative opt-in.

For help, reply HELP or contact privacy@baycybertech.com. Opting out of SMS messages does not prevent communications through other channels when permitted by law.

Mobile-data privacy

We do not transfer, share, or disclose consumer personal data, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, to any external organization under any circumstances, even with user consent, except as strictly required to provide the requested service and not for any independent use. When this limited processing is necessary to transmit SMS notifications, communications providers may process only the minimum data required for delivery and may not use it for any independent purpose.
